As a result of the transfer, you will no longer be able to use the Heritage secure site for your education savings needs. Instead, we ask that you create a secure account with Knowledge First Financial to regularly manage and check in on your plan.
When registering your account, please be sure to use your pre-existing Heritage agreement number when prompted. This number will stay with you throughout your education savings journey, even after you’ve moved to a Family Single Student Plan.
Once registered, all pertinent documents from your plan will be ported over to your new Knowledge First Financial secure account, and you’ll be able to monitor and manage your plan at your convenience.
